By using TrimTake, you agree to these terms. The full Terms of Service are being finalized — the summary below describes our current practices.
TrimTake is an automated video cleanup service. You upload a recording, our AI removes filler words and silences, and you download a cleaned version. Pricing and limits are described on the pricing page.
You may upload only recordings you have the right to process. You agree not to upload content that infringes others' rights or violates law. We reserve the right to refuse processing or terminate accounts for violations.
Every paid job is timed. If your clean video isn't ready within nine minutes, the job is automatically refunded. Other refund requests are handled case-by-case — email support@trimtake.com.
Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime — you'll keep access through the end of the current billing period. Annual plans are billed for the full year and don't prorate refunds.
TrimTake is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
