These Terms of Service govern your use of TrimTake at trimtake.com. By signing in or uploading a video, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
TrimTake is an automated video cleanup tool. You upload a recording, our pipeline removes filler words and silences using AI, and you download a cleaned version. Pricing and per-plan limits are described on the pricing page.
You sign in with an email address using a magic link. You are responsible for keeping access to that email account secure. You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@trimtake.com.
You may upload only recordings that you own or that you have explicit permission to process. You agree not to upload:
We reserve the right to refuse processing, suspend access, or terminate accounts for violations of these rules. We will tell you why when we do.
Pay-per-video. Each video is $0.99, paid up front via Stripe. The 9-minute guarantee applies: if your cleaned video isn't ready within nine minutes of payment, the job is automatically refunded — no email or ticket needed.
Subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel anytime through your account dashboard or by emailing support; you keep access through the end of the current billing period and are not charged again.
Annual plans. Annual subscriptions and team plans are billed for the full year and are not pro-rated for partial use. If your plan does not work out, email support@trimtake.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Quality issues. If a cleaned video has a clear technical problem (failed processing, corrupted output, missed obvious cuts), email us with the job ID and we will reprocess or refund.
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may take the system down for maintenance with or without notice. If a paid job cannot be completed because of an outage, we refund it.
You retain all rights to the videos you upload and the cleaned versions you download. We do not claim any ownership in your content. We process your content only to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.
TrimTake is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by reasonable discussion will be brought in a state or federal court located in California.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated "last updated" date and announced to active users by email.
